Meet the Founder
Leandro Bondad
Founder, Inspirehub
I’m Leandro Bondad, but feel free to call me Andrew. I’m a licensed educator with over 15 years of experience. I’ve served as a curriculum director, academic director, and accreditation director, helping international schools achieve international accreditation. I’m also a published author and based in Japan for the past 9 years. I hold a post-graduate diploma in pedagogical leadership from Finland.
I’m super excited to share about the soft-launching of INSPIREHUB Professional Training and Development Center — a DTI-registered training center in the Philippines focused on supporting professionals in the Philippines and beyond! We’re starting 100% online and remote for now, with plans to build a physical office in the near future.
What makes Inspirehub even more exciting is that it’s not just a training center — it’s a collaborative space where educators, trainers, coaches, and other professionals come together to share expertise, co-create programs, and support one another’s growth. Whether you're a teacher, a freelancer, a corporate leader, or just passionate about learning — there’s a space here for you.
